Middle Cape can be hell when a front rolls in. Not the first time the MC god had captured a flats skiff. This could be anyone who is not familar with Flamingo and the weather.

@acast0522 even the old dock at east cape can be bad. Either anchor the boat pointing in to oncoming surf or find a leeward side if an island. I’ve been up all night watching the boat and waves. Chickee is safer if available. You just gotta watch the weather.
