  2. A small tiller skiff is so perfect. Plenty of space even on smaller boats. Smaller HP needed due to lighter weight. Less rigging to maintain. Tighter turn radius and faster handling around docks. Any small boat meant for inshore fishing should be a tiller. Mine is a 17ft stumpknocker with a 40hp tiller. TONS of space and tuns 40mph sipping fuel (relavively speaking)
