One of the benefits of using handmade lures by Impact Lures is that the owner, Ernie DeBlasi is also an avid saltwater and freshwater fisherman in Florida so you know what he offers has produced for him personally. His lure designs and color patterns work exceptionally well in all parts of the United States as evidenced by the nationwide support for this craftsman. Art with HOOKS! With the price of the mass-produced lures at almost the same price as a handmade, American lure I think it’s a no brainer to have a few of these in your tackle box. Enjoy!

Ernie DeBlasi, Owner of Impact Lures offers some advice on Fall Fishing Lure Color and Lure Shape selection:
When fall comes and large schools of baitfish make there way south into Florida, I like to match the hatch and go with colors such as mullet, greenback and silvers for inshore and offshore.
I like to use top water walkers and poppers early in the morning preferably on an outgoing tide. I will switch to a slow sinking twtchbait as the sun comes up.
I will stick to a shad or frog pattern for freshwater.
