Hope thats not in FL. As of Sept 1, 2013. Per Florida law any Tarpon over 40″ has to remain in the water. Not trying to be a hater, but be careful guys. I have seen guys get ticketed for this. (myfwc.com/fishing/saltwater/recreational/tarpon/)
